To me, movement is not just exercising.
It’s my way of building a relationship with my body, developing awareness, building strength, strengthening the ability of coordination, and diving into pure presence with my being.
My classes weave together different yoga styles, mobility practices, pilates, breath, and somatic elements. Sometimes slower, sometimes more dynamic, always intentional.
My goal is to support you in discovering how to feel more at home in your body. Stable and able, stronger, mobile, aware, and truly connected.
Come as you are and where you’re at.
The practice is not the pose, but the awareness you bring to it.
The Classes
My classes combine different yoga styles, mobility practices, strength work, pilates, breath, and somatic practices.
Some classes are slower and more grounding, others are more dynamic and challenging, but the focus is always on moving with awareness rather than just moving fast or perfectly.
It’s not necessarily about how the movement looks, but how it feels and how you experience your body while moving.

Styles & Influences
My classes are influenced by different movement practices and yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Katonah Yoga as well as mobility training, functional strength, pilates, and somatic movement.
Rather than following only one method, the classes combine different approaches to create a versatile and fun movement practice.
