Session Overview

  • A guided journey into the body through breath.
    Working with a rhythmic pattern, we move beyond the thinking mind and into sensation, creating space for release, clarity, and reconnection.

    We begin with a check-in, then transition into the breathwork practice, supported by somatic awareness, grounding, and intuitive guidance.

    We close with integration like a savasana, allowing what moved to settle, and what surfaced to be seen.

  • Weekly yoga classes blending different styles and modalities.
    From dynamic flows to slower, restorative practices, each class weaves together movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness to support strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

  • With empathy, presence, and professional guidance, I support you in gaining clarity, strengthening your inner resources, and finding constructive ways to move forward. Whether you are navigating emotional challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, or inner conflicts.

    Psychosocial counseling does not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment, but it can offer valuable support and guidance during challenging times.
